Summary
Jaewon has always been one to fall sick pretty easily and the fact that he works in a hospital doesn't really help. He spends a week sneezing and coughing and fighting an itchy throat, miserable out of his life until he finally starts feeling better and he thinks that he has finally, finally escaped the damned sickness.
That is until Kanghyuk breaks into a fit of coughs one night in the middle of a rather heated argument with Jaewon about who's turn it was to do the laundry that was supposed to be done sometime last week.

“‘M dizzy hyung,” Jaewon slurs out, darkness creeping around the corners of his vision. “-can’t”
“I know darling. Just focus on my voice. Don't close your eyes,” Kanghyuk instructs, voice gentle enough that Jaewon knows he isn’t being reprimanded.

“All done,” Insu announces after a while, placing his spoon beside his bowl neatly and wiggles in place, holding his hands out for Kanghyuk who lifts him up easily and settles him in his arms, careful not to jostle Eunji who has nodded off against his shoulder.
That's how Jaewon finds them some time later, stopping to gaze at his half-asleep kids and husband with a fond expression on his face while he paces slowly around the kitchen.
