Summary
After the tragic accident that killed their mother, Kei noticed his dad's shit personality went from bad to worse. Now his old man was taking out his anger on Kei and his little brother, Tomo. Tomo used to be a cheerful kid, but now he zones out often and keeps to himself. Kei struggles to find a way to help his brother find an escape from their miserable lives holed up in the basement, until one day Tomo comes home and shows him "U."
There, Kei becomes Ryuu and quickly uses the Martial Arts Hall as out outlet for the pent-up rage against his father and the sudden loss of his mother.
One day, Tomo is late for one of Kei's matches in the Martial Arts Hall, but tells his brother all about the beautiful girl whose voice soothed his heart: Belle.
At first Kei is angry when Tomo invites her to their secret hideout in the underdeveloped edges of "U," but soon his whole world begins to change.
