Summary
While Gabu and Mei's life in the Emerald Forest has finally settled down, the Sawa Sawa goat herd continues to live in fear. Under the direction of their new leader, the Baku Baku wolf pack is more dangerous than ever before. The new Elder of Sawa Sawa Mountain has a plan to make life safer and better for everyone, but it will never work unless the goats and wolves can put aside their differences and learn to get along.

Mei jolted awake, panting heavily. His body felt cold. Gradually, as the distinction between dream and reality reasserted itself, he began to calm down. A few feet beside him, Gabu slept soundly.
Snowflakes fell outside. It was almost completely dark, but Mei could just make out the thin dusting of snow that already coated the grass of the meadow. The first snow of the year; Midwinter had officially started.
Six months after the end of "Bokura No Atarashī Seikatsu", Gabu and Mei's new life together continues. But issues of love, loss, isolation and identity continue to threaten the happiness of the Emerald Forest's residents. "If you can survive until Midwinter," the saying goes, "you can survive until spring." But that isn't entirely true. First, you have to survive Midwinter.

A young unicorn named May seeks shelter into a abandoned cottage from a storm. In the cottage, May meets a dark-figured stranger. The two can neither see or smell each other, but nevertheless they begins to talk, trying to ignore the cold and the terrifying stormy night. Eventually, they develops a friendship and the two decides to meet later and will recognizes each other by using the password "One Stormy Night".
The next day, when they meet, May learns that her companion from the night before was a peculier-looking draconequus named Anubis. Despite their natural disposition as prey and predator, and Anubis´ unknown existence, they shared a common bond and began meeting regularly. However, the civilization of Ponyville and a wolf pack found out about their secretive friendship and forbid them to see each other.Will they ever find a way to escape this chaos and continues to live their everlasting friendship in peace?

Summary
Mei just wanted to escape his responsibilities for one day. His birthday is in a month. Choro, the king at the moment, is stepping down and shoving the kingdom into his hands when he turns 16, which is, again, a month away. A simple solo outing into nature always cleared his dark mood. However, it seems he will never be alone again, a group of chaperons will be PERMANENTLY assigned to him for the rest of his life. Mei decides it's time to lose the entourage and be himself for a few moments. He succeeds, only to become horrendously lost and get caught in one of the biggest thunder storms to ever happen within Yagi Oukoku boarders. But Mei is just on the boarder.
Gabu got pummeled again, Barry found it all too entertaining to trip Gabu and leave him along the boarder to find his way back. Even if he is the heir, he's not the king. And with news that Giro's mate is pregnant, it just encourages the instinct to get rid of Gabu. Gabu gets lost, hobbling on the edge of Ōkami Oukoku's boarder. The storm comes out of no where.
An abandoned barn, a storm, and two lost souls, what will come of this?
