Peter woke up tied to a chair. He twisted his wrist against the rope. He could easily break free. He wasn’t willing to risk his secret idenity just yet though. He heard someone groan and glanced to the side. Great. James Rhodes was also tied up next to him. Now his identity was at risk because there was no way he’d let anything bad happen to Tony Stark’s best friend.
“What happened?” Rhodey mumbled.
“If I had to guess they hit you from behind.” Peter could feel an egg on the back of his own head. He had felt his Spider sense go nuts but he hadn’t had enough time to react, “Any signs of a concussion?”

Or Tony has two soul marks which isn't uncommon just that they are of two war heros. Two are definitely inlove, and definitely doesn't need Tony.

Without intending to actually look a bit decent in the tuxedo that Tony made him put on—he unintentionally becomes a model which also boosts Stark Industries.
This fanfic doesn’t have lore or story behind it (yet) as it’s just being written on a whim so the chapters are not exactly that related to each other, it also runs on ideas—which means it’s open for suggestions for now, it won’t ever be complete nor incomplete unless I let this fanfic go.

Total stress makes him shut down, utterly and completely. Before he gets to that point where he shuts down, 100 percent, all stop, do not pass go, he disappears. He packs up and leaves town and disappears for days or even weeks at a time, shutting down his cell phone and not responding to anyone or anything. Pepper does all she can to make sure that doesn't happen, but when Steve stresses Tony out and things are piling up at work, Tony takes off and he takes Peter with him.

Dealing with problems of his own, Bucky stays blind to his nemesis's distress. Or does he?Featuring; a lot of angst, miscommunication, an overprotective Sour-Patch, Steve being a dumb idiot but a good friend, american Football, an impressive amount of drugs on which the author waxes poetry, so many metaphors I feel like Bedelia Du Maurier writing this, Howard slander, Bucky's blue eyes, revenge, and fire.
