"Chūya was gone so long," he lamented. "I was starting to think he abandoned me." Chūya rolled his eyes and tossed the bag onto the table, stepping closer to Dazai and tugging his face down to kiss him.
"If I abandoned you, you'd probably kill yourself," he retorted. Dazai huffed and poked his cheek with the chopsticks. "Chūya has a big ego," he mumbled, but they both knew it was true. Chūya made a face and stole the chopsticks, stabbing them into the little box and stealing a piece of chicken. Dazai licked his cheek where sauce had gotten on it when he touched him with the chopsticks, and Chūya glared at him.
"You really are a fucking cat," he said, rolling his eyes and taking a couple of green beans before handing the chopsticks back to Dazai. When he turned back around, Dazai was staring at him with an indiscernible expression, and he raised an eyebrow at her. "What?"
"What'd Chūya get this time?" she asked, recognizing the bag on the table. She'd seen it enough times to know what happened when Chūya brought home a black bag. Chūya just smiled and took a sip from his glass. "Y'know, curiosity killed the cat."

Yokohama is sick of its two teenage terrors. Fantastic defensive agents and adversary deterrents though they may be, they are annoying, and so headstrong and petty it's impossible to say so to their faces. They are teenagers after all.
Fed up with reports of technical crimes they just cannot be bothered to punish, they mandate that the two be sent out of the barrier for a year, to let the citizenry breathe. They're given expedited passports, fake resumes, and a list of job offers and told to get out of the city for a year, to remain or return as they please once that time is up.
One offer catches their eyes; hidden bodyguard work in Musutafu, Japan. They are to remain unintriguing and low-profile, outside of the obvious difference in origin, and even that is to be made as ordinary-seeming as possible. They decide they'll bite, and make to be as efficient about this as possible.
