Summary
Three days after the sudden collapse of the Reapers and the end of the war, there's only destruction, chaos and pain left in the galaxy. Rebuilding will take years, decades, for now all they can do is heal the wounded, and bury the dead.
Jane Shepard though, has no intention of being counted among those dead.
Written by IllusiveWritings and illustrated by Shipsnthenight
Post-destroy ending, with a twist of indoctrination theory just for fun. I started writing in 2013 and exhumed it because shipsnthenight offered to illustrate it. We have to kill time during the quarantine after all, right?

Summary
We all know Commander Shepard's story, but what happens when you bring two crazy writers together to brainstorm the element that BioWare tossed-that Shepard was indoctrinated? Join us as we go through the well worn storyline we've all read about a million times, but with our own fun twists and turns to bring new life to an old tale. There will be drama. There will be loss. There will be fun.
And of course, there will be smut.

/ˌmedəmˌsīˈkōsəs,məˌtemsəˈkōsəs/
noun
the supposed transmigration at death of the soul of a human being or animal into a new body of the same or a different species.Set after the events of Mass Effect 3.
It has been a month since the Reapers were destroyed. All technology has crumbled, and much of Earth is a pile of ash and rubble. The famed Commander Shepard has not been seen since before the final assault to the Citadel. After a month of radio silence, a message has finally gone through to her famous ship, The Normandy, and her crew has begun making their way back to Earth. Liara struggles to cope with the fact that her bondmate- her love, might have perished in the fight. With no contact for a month, many assume the worse. Garrus tries to step up in Shepard's place, but tensions rise as rumors of a new enemy come to fruition. EDI and the Geth are seemingly inactive, but not totally destroyed.
When Shepard's body is found by an old friend, things aren't as they seem. There are other parties at work, and nobody is sure if they are with them or against them.

Summary
The galaxy is rebuilding following the destruction of the Reapers. When Garrus receives news that Commander Shepard is finally awake, he couldn't be happier. His joy soon turns bittersweet as he learns that she lost all memories past boarding the derelict Reaper before the Suicide Mission, including them falling in love.
Post-ME3. Contains occasional allusions to the Indoctrination Theory, but it's not the main focus and you don't need to be familiar with it to read this. Light, a little bittersweet, and with a dash of mutual pining and a tiny bit of angst.

Shepard sent him away so she could run for the beam and save the galaxy, but Garrus Vakarian won't be left behind that easily.

I would do just about anything for her if she asked.
Now, though, she's ordering me to sit on the sidelines for the most important mission of our lives, to wait around and hope she can handle whatever is up there on her own. I guess I've found the one thing I won't do for her.
A good turian would follow a bad order from his commander, but I've never been a good turian. I'll be damned if I start being one now.

Summary
Spectre Roux Shepard died deep in the Terminus System, spaced into the cold void of an uncharted star system.
Spectre Roux Shepard woke in an antiquated clinic with the foggy memory of a raven-haired woman sinking a needle into the marine's arm.
These two statements are not contradictory. They are stranded on a quarantined planet, unwelcome and distrusted. Their grasp of their own mortality twists further into fog as dreams blur the borders of waking reality and slumbering fantasy--though either way, it is a nightmare.
"Seek paleblood to transcend the hunt."
Shepard isn't the only alien confined to this strange planet; they must seek fellow hunters through the treacherous streets of Yharnam if they are to survive long enough to learn the truth--which may well be related to the skulking Collectors, Prothean catacombs, and indoctrinated beasts that fester in the dark on the Night of the Hunt.
