And while the "plan" was to slowly acquire stronger and stronger identities as the Executive Manager progressed through the city, that ideal had been reduced to naught with certain... unique extractions. Ones that should have been utterly impossible to manifest in these early steps.
Or alternatively, Dante inexplicably begins extracting some of the most broken, ludicrous IDs right from the start- much to the dismay, shock, and horror of those around to witness the entire squad of Star of The City level threats that are... shockingly weak. Seriously, how do a whole team of color fixers get their asses handed to them by a random Big Brother of the Middle?
