It was a cruel blow. Orion turned his head away…and then jolted when he felt Lightray’s fingers brush his clenched fist.
“Did you think no one would long for it?” Lightray whispered, lifting Orion’s hand to his lips and kissing his swollen knuckles. “That no one would crave it?”
