Summary
Pretty much what the title said. What happens when I give the 2003 tmnt family a mutant turtle baby.
This story follows my original character from start of the series to its end.
The 2003 turtles give me huge big brother vibes, so I though what would happen if they had a younger brother.
There will be suprises, some character get more action than before, the magic of this world will be expanded upon and most importantly familial connections will be the thriving force of this story.
(I will add more tags when we get there and Probably change the title, since it is kind of misleading in some degree)

Summary
On that fateful night, Lou Jitsu escaped with four turtles. But he had hoped to escape with five. A fifth turtle that had bit through its cage and fell into unrefined ooze, accidentally mutating early. During the lab explosion, both Draxum and Lou Jitsu believed the fifth turtle to be dead. But unknown to them, it was saved by a human war veteran, one of the few humans to ever walk in the hidden city. He found the little turtle and took it home, and named them Cellini.
But he left them. Somewhere even the living can't reach.
The Hamato brothers never expected to take in someone.
Cellini never expected to stay. Learning what family feels like.
Too bad family doesn’t stop the nightmares.Or the man who lost an eye.
After all, the past has a way of following.

“They can’t be older than three or four years old.” The purple one studied.
“But their scars…” The orange one noticed.
One of their large stubby hands went for him and he flinched.

When Bishop creates a specimen to take care of the turtles but doesn't bother to age him artificially, the turtles end up with a new child on their hands. A very, very damaged mutant turtle child who's terrified of everything and everyone...

“Hmm.” His Master mused. “Now that it’s woken up, it won’t be able to return into its cryogenic chamber. It’s useless to me in that weakened state. I suppose I will have to make a new one.” He stated. “Specimen, dispose of it.”
He visibly twitched. His heart started pounding in his ears. The shouts from the others faded from his mind as all he could hear now was ringing. The small one’s head tilted up, her big eyes staring right into his own.
He had to move. He had to obey. But he-
“Specimen.” His Master said.
And suddenly the noises were back. Too loud. He forced a step towards her. Then another. His body was stiff, his fist closed so tight his knuckles were turning white.
He kneeled in front of her. Her head moved to watch him. He placed his hands around her shoulders. He was shaking. Why was he shaking? This was just a mission. Why couldn’t he do this?
He pressed her shoulder harder, squeezing her lungs together. She was so small. So very small.
“Don’t ya fucking dare, ya monster!” The red one yelled.
She yelped.

Bishop figured that creating mutant turtles was his best bet at defeating mutant turtles. It didn't go quite as expected. For anyone.

Donnie felt weird, it was weird. His mouth felt dry as he stared at the screen and his body felt way to heavy. Donnie had a kid and in a very weird way…
Baxter stockman had taken some of Donnies blood and injected a 3 month old baby with it. Now 7 months later Donnie has found out Baxter had his blood and went to delete any data that was found with it only to find out his blood was in some kids body and he thinks that makes the kid his? They did have his DNA now… Either way he has a kid and he's only 15 how is he meant to care for a young child? Obviously he isn't leaving them here with Baxter stockman to be experimented on.
