He raises his eyebrows, "Near the end then? You are a well read woman."
She feels the blood rush to her cheeks at the compliment, not so much that he's given her one - guys often do so, mostly while ogling her chest - but she can't remember the last time anyone's complimented her on something that isn't to do with her appearance.
ORJD and Heather Duke bond over nerding about books, and the fact they both feel powerless, leading to a relationship which makes them both progressively worse people. But, like, in a cute way!
