Addison talked in her sleep. It was actually how she’d found out the redhead loved her, it had been muttered, under her breath, in the middle of the night. Most of the time, her sleep talking was tame. It was about patients or work. Sometimes, it was nonsense, like rabbits juggling carrots or fairies plaiting her hair. But occasionally, on very rare occasions, it was haunting, really genuinely creepy things. And it seemed like tonight was one of those occasions.
