Leonardo saw the tears start forming as he threw Casey behind him. He smiled for what he knew to be his last and turned to fight the Krang for the final time.
Casey felt the pull of the portal closing on him, casting a golden glow in front as he watches his Sensei get attacked by Krang hounds and shot by lasers.
Little did they both know they would be seeing each other very soon

Lucifer paused, squinting his eyes at him.
Alastor continued, tone casual, almost uninterested.
"Suffering is... ungraceful. Best done privately."
Lucifer scoffed into the sheets. "Great. So go be graceful somewhere else."
Alastor shrugged, turning swiftly on his heel.
"But you." Alastor went on lightly, tapping his cane, "Are not like me."
Lucifer turned his head just enough to narrow his eyes at him. "What the hell is that supposed to mean?"
Alastor didn't answer.
He simply stepped closer to the door. Clearly intending to leave now. Then hesitated at the handle.
Not looking back, he added quietly,
"I doubt solitude is what you want right now."
Lucifer froze.
Because it was correct, and Lucifer absolutely hated being read with such accuracy. Especially by someone as insufferable as the bellhop of the hotel.
OR
After destroying Vox's deadly weapon, the hotel was more packed than ever before.
But there were two demons who weren't up to their full strength. Two demons who truly despised each other.
What irony would it be if they ended up the only two who helped reboost each other's strength, right?

Alastor’s smooth smile stayed steady on his lips, “Yes. That’s what I said.”
