Miles Salamander was completely and totally sane. This was something that he was sure of. And he was very, VERY rarely wrong.
However, standing in his room tangled in the red yarn of his evidence board wasn’t making a very good case for that. In fact, many doctors would argue that he was the opposite of sane. This was because they are idiots.
Just because Miles could see things in shadows that others seemed to ignore, just because he knew that the recent kidnappings were something more sinister than some criminal group, they called him crazy.
