Why spend a month to even put it together in the first place?”

    And Aizawa fucking snorted.

    “Because this one kid” Shouta began, bringing his hand up to massage his already throbbing temples. “This short, absolute force of nature and menace of a child is the son of an ex-underground pro-hero I had the displeasure of crossing paths with. And I am giving you this out of the pure goodness of my heart because I already know how much of a headache he will be if he’s anything like his father.”

    Aizawa doesn't want to believe that the deadly new street drug he's been investigating is the result of genetic experimentation on a child, but reality never caters to his preferences. After tracing the origin of the drug back to the Shie Hassaikai and its cold leader, Overhaul, he takes matters into his own hands to try to set things right.

    After being diagnosed quirkless for years, Izuku Midoriya finally manifests a quirk--a dangerous and destructive quirk that lands him in the hands of Chisaki Kai. His life becomes a living hell until a certain underground hero decides he's worth saving, despite Izuku's own protests otherwise.

    Katsuki Bakugo is still mourning the death of his childhood friend, struggling with the heavy guilt over how he treated him. Accepted to UA, he's moving quickly toward his goal to be the best hero; but he still can't seem to forget Deku. The last thing he expects to find at his new school is the ghost of his past.

    After Aizawa rescues Izuku and takes him in, the two of them as well as Katsuki find themselves working to build something new. And as the League of Villains starts to dig its roots into society, Izuku can't help but wonder if maybe his quirk has a purpose after all.

    Midoriya Izuku knows teachers are all the same. He had wanted so, so badly for Sensei to be different. He had always admired Eraserhead as a pro hero, and then Sensei had saved his life. And, yes, he was strict, but so much nicer than any teacher before. 

    But he was still a teacher. And Izuku was still a quirkless, useless freak who didn’t deserve any of this. Not for free, at least. 

    He thought he’d never have to go back. But he would, for his dream.

    Aizawa Shouta knows something's wrong with his problem child. Recklessness, lack of trust, and all the broken bones from a quirk the kid couldn't control. None of it made sense. And what finally tipped Aizawa over the edge was the most recent test results. His number one problem child kept missing questions Aizawa knows he should be getting correct. It was about time the underground hero got some answers from his student.

    “Izuku? Do you…remember who I am?”
    The teen nodded.
    “Can I help you?”
    “I-” His voice cracked. “Please…please don’t touch me.”
    “Okay. I won’t. I promise. Do you want to wrap the- uhm, the baby?”
    “No. I mean...yes, but-” Izuku shuddered out a breath. “It’s dead.”
    Izuku had never seen his teacher like this. Head bowed, a silent rage burning just under his usual smokey scent. The fingers gripping his outstretched capture scarf had gone white from how tight they’d become. He swallowed back something that tried to fight its way to the surface and took an extended breath.

    OR: Izuku was kidnapped during a work study patrol, and held captive for four months as a forcibly bitched Omega in an adoption scheme. Recovery might not be straight forward, but he finds a way to get through it, with some help, and the hope that the children he was forced to have might live a better life.
