You don't really know why you care so much. He's rather unremarkable, all things considered. Just your average sad white dude. You can't help but feel there's something more there, however. You wait for a sign to tell you- none comes. You're surprised to find you were hoping there'd be one in the first place.
He catches you staring again. "Thaaat's gonna take some getting used to," he mutters, turning to leave."
You're embarrassed. Like, properly, actually embarrassed this time. You tell yourself you don't care that people think you're weird. If they think that no matter what you do, why bother trying to seem any different? But…Something about him makes you want to try harder to be normal. To make him LIKE you.

OROracle literally can predict the future and read emotional auras, and still doesn't quite understand human interaction. Nor can she predict her confusing relationship with her new boss. She's just going to follow the signs she's given and hope she'll eventually reach a destination. Who needs to take control of their own future when it's already written in the stars, anyway?

Summary
