Summary
Long before quirks appeared, ability users had long since waged war against each other unbeknownst to the rest of the world. Things changed the moment people began to learn of their existence, and suddenly they were being targetted worldwide. Powerful as they were, they were soon outnumbered and forced to go into hiding. It was around this moment when Yokohama, home to the highest number of ability users in the world, declared its own independence, erecting a barrier that enclosed its entirety from Japan and the rest of the world.
That was two centuries ago, and now, two children were found, bleeding and injured outside of its barriers. A new storm is brewing, and the two teens are caught right in the middle of it.
The question is, whose side are they on?
Thrust into a world that sees only in extremities, Dazai and Chuuya will have to forge themselves a path in between to protect what matters the most to them, even if it meant overturning a societal system forged two centuries ago.

“Haa,” An exasperated sigh and a matching smile graced his lips, “What would you do without me? Hm?”
He could envision the pout on Dazai’s lips as he replied, “A world where Chuuya doesn’t exist isn’t a world where I would exist.”
A few seconds later, Dazai finally shifted just enough for Chuuya to stare at his burgundy eye, “After all, who would be there to bring me back from the edge if not my loyal dog?”
Chuuya rolled his eyes and let out a snort, pinching the Mackerel’s uncovered cheek, “You’re insufferable.”

As he was about to turn into an alley, he heard a voice. It sounded like a mumble.
“Don’t worry Chibi, I’ll get us to safety.”
The voice sounded tired and out of breath.
It sounded young.
He quickly turned into the alleyway.
He saw an odd silhouette of a person at the back of the alley and it seemed like they haven’t noticed him.
Aizawa quietly made his way closer and his eyes widened at the sight.
It wasn’t one person.
It was two boys. Teenagers.
Or Soukoku sent on a mission to infiltrate UA, Aizawa needs a break.

He remembered the bandages covering thin limbs, a mirror of his own. And he remembered when the trembling stopped. When all fight left. He remembered empty red eyes as she returned into the hands of her captor. As she took his hand. As she said, “I‘m okay, mister. I don’t need your help.”
Dazai stared into his own reflection, and for the first time in months—for the first time since he watched the light leave Oda’s eyes—he felt fury roar inside his veins. Dazai burned like he never had before.
Her voice was quiet when she spoke, trembling and weak. “Are you…” she faltered, but swallowed and soldiered on, “are you like me?”
“Yes,” Dazai answered, just as heavy footsteps echoed outside the dark little room, and shouts penetrated the silence, “I’m just like you.”

Summary
A strange whirring noise disrupts the small gathering, it doesn’t take long before a strange portal appears right behind Midoriya, fortunately Todoroki shoves him out of the way just as something flies out the portal and crashes into the cabinets at the other end of the room next to Uraraka.
Both boys take a battle-ready stance when Uraraka speaks up.
“Uhh, guys, we should call Aizawa, the guy is bleeding from his head.” She points to the unconscious man laying on the ground, curled on the ground. The man has a strained look as if in terrible pain, the red hair stuck to his skin like glue and blood streaming down his face with strange red markings.

A deviation in the events that Dazai planned occurred, causing Chuuya to travel to a different dimension in order to ‘rid’ the deviation, and Dazai has his own…. opinions on the matter
