Hunter is a grimwalker. His uncle was a serial killer. Titan had never willed anything. Genocide almost happened. Belos is dead. Hunter is stranded in foreign land with friends. It might be too early to start reminiscing the past but past made sense and whatever future awaits, Hunter would like to get his feet back under him before his world flips again. At least he knows what he is now, right?

Summary
Propped up against the bus stop, Legs grabbed his thermos from his bag, he twisted the lid off and took a few sips of the drink. It slid down his throat, warming him ever so slightly. Legs always disliked how quickly the taste of blood had become appealing. It used to bring back horrid memories, the smell itself would throw the doctor back to his war days. Now, it was too sweet. It tasted too good, especially when warm. It was upsetting.
Most of this was upsetting.

At least Liu Qingge is at his side, steady and dependable within the whirlwind of emotional upheaval from the conference.
Luo Binghe may be stuck in a world of fire and brimstone, but there’s no way he’ll let it keep him. There has to be a way out of the Abyss. The sooner he gets out, the sooner he can resurrect those most precious to him.
