Once upon a time, I wrote a little fic called Checkmate where for some unknown reason, John Sheppard had been turned into a cat. And then the whole thing took on a life of its own and all of a sudden there were mumble-mumble chapters of the whole thing, and, well.

Summary
So. We had a big snowstorm. It seemed to sort well with my feelings.
Woke up on Solstice and banged this out in about an hour while I was trying not to wake up Mr. Bead too early.
It's a song. I might record it I don't know if I can do it justice.
I blame the gospel choir series Voices of Fire and Pharell William's Uncle on this one. I miss singing WITH people. I miss people. I did before. It's worse now. Y'all know.

Summary
*screams and hits tree with stick*
I lost a poem to this stupid neurological whatsis. I wrote this stream of consciousness hoping to you know.....sort of do an anti-Coleridge myself and remember the poem. In short, I was working on a poem after thinking I was sort of coming out of a bad pain flare...but apparently it was a flare boomerang, and hit me hard right in the middle of making my way down the hall to actually start writing.
Mr. Bead had me down and comfortable as possible and we agreed that I needed extra pain meds.
Remembered the poem as I slipped the tincture under my tongue and ooh nooooooo.

When Hermione is sent back in time by Remus Lupin after the defeat of Voldemort, she is forced to experience life in the 1970's, all the while waiting and hoping to be returned to her older Sirius Black, who she hopes is waiting for her in the future.
**This is an exact replica of the original story, The Debt of Time, but in chronological order. Meaning the story begins in 1971 instead of 1997 and follows the timeline going forward from that point. “The first group I sent over made the Avengers uncomfortable by thanking them constantly and asking for autographs. The next group stole things to sell on ebay. The group after that didn’t even get through the front door because Stark’s security system found something in their background that we missed. The fourth group left traumatized after cleaning out Thor’s room, apparently the god had some beheaded poultry dripping blood into a bowl in there. Then after that every group I’ve left hasn’t lasted more than three days because of some problem or another. I’m pretty sure one of those assholes has made it a game to scare my workers away.”
“I don’t think you’re supposed to call the heroes of New York assholes.”
Or, cleaning up after the Avengers involves more than just getting blood stains out of the carpet and most of them can't take the heat. Thankfully the Savior of the Wizarding has spent the last decade cleaning up after Death Eaters, so she's up to the task. Nothing, not pranks, bird corpses, or unidentified slime will keep her from cleaning up.
