Summary
Shinsou is finally on his way to achieving all of his dreams: in two short months, he'll have graduated UA, gotten a job at an underground agency, and finally become an underground Pro Hero.
He almost couldn't believe how drastically his luck had changed... until a villain hit Aizawa with a quirk that turned the grumpy Pro into a cute little cat familiar. And bound him to none other than Shinsou.
Now Aizawa is stuck as a cat, only able to communicate with Shinsou, and unable to leave Shinsou’s side. But being close to Aizawa is something Shinsou had always wanted, so how bad could it be? And being reliant on Shinsou might teach Aizawa how to open up (and, of course, teach him how to be more open to cuddling).
No matter how awkward or angsty their relationship becomes, they’ll have to find a way to make it work. They don’t really have a choice either way.
Sorry that I wanted a touch-starved Aizawa to be turned into a cat and unable to leave Shinsou’s side FOR REASONS/PLOT. This is an absolute crack fic but hopefully, still enjoyable and wholesome.

“Give it up, Eraser, that's your name over here, it's already out. Everyone here knows it. It fits you in too many ways,” he drolled on. Aizawa was glued to his seat, circling his glass round and round slowly. Neither of them needed to be compromised over this. There was a sharp laugh and the colorful man continued, “Eraser of problems, Yama’s fixer, and don't forget eraser of inhibitions, my darling bartender.”

About to turn 40 and still giving the majority of his time to UA, Aizawa made his small contributions to the underground where he could. Delivering or picking up intel, especially in the more intimidating locations, became a niche he filled easily. One night, a quick trip to a nondescript bar leads him to his most elusive student, currently undercover. It had been a long while.

“I won’t hurt you.” Hitoshi whispered, his voice rough and broken from not being used for days. “Not unless you hurt me first.”
They stared at each other, neither blinking or moving for several seconds before the man turned his attention to the worker. “Draw up the paperwork, I’ll take him.”

The svelte, acrobatic figure flipping elegantly through the air with circling, blazing tendrils looping around and around and around behind his back like wings earned him his name. Shouta thought he resembled a phoenix more, but he supposed that didn’t fit Shinsou’s aesthetic.
Although, both birds were considered immortal. Perhaps it was good luck.
Shouta held a stony mask in place so he wouldn’t grimace or shy away when Shinsou smiled like a star and chuckled quietly.
He could hear the swans carrying on in the nearby pond and felt the kinship. Maybe some of them were black, too.
There was nothing like a conniving beta’s intermeddling.
