"Your troops don't like you," Lysithea volleys back, blunt. "They don't support you, and marrying someone from Fódlan will only make them hate you more. Don't insult my intelligence, you're trying to change the world. I've read enough history books to know you won't be able to change anything if your people turn on you first."
"So what if they do?" Claude shoots back. "I'd rather face a rebellion with you than a peaceful rule alone."
"You don't mean that."
"I do. I love you, Lysithea. I don't care what my people think, I choose you."
"No, you don't!"
"I do! Why won't you believe me?"
"Because you left!" she yells, and Claude's eyes widen. "You left Fódlan, and you never looked back! Don't tell me you're choosing me when you chose your dream a long time ago!"
The war is over, and Claude and Lysithea are now each free to pursue their long-held dreams. Even if those dreams take them far, far away from each other.

Fighting to keep the warmth off his face, Akaashi replies, "I didn't say you should read it instead of studying. Maintaining good grades is your responsibility as the captain, Bokuto-san."
If anything, Bokuto's grin grows wider. "And listening to you is my responsibility as your boyfriend, Akaashi."
A particularly brutal practice leaves Akaashi exhausted. Luckily, his boyfriend has an idea about how to make him feel better.

The photograph is a window into the photographer's soul. Look, baobei, what does this photo tell you about the person who took it? What emotions do they feel?
Attraction. Longing. Desire. It might as well be written in Sharpie over Lu Guang's face, big bold characters in Cheng Xiaoshi's handwriting.

Iruka wants to gesture for Kakashi to get on with it and stop being so dramatic about information Iruka already knows, but is aware that will only extend this further.
“The Council has determined that Naruto is unfit to take on the office of Hokage,” Kakashi says.
