Summary
Arin was eight when the great Devourer hit Ninjago.
He'd been thirteen when The Merge happened.
He's been loved, he's been alone, he's found someone to share that loneliness with, he's found a friend on a girl without a home and a past so obscure not even she can hope to figure it out. And now, standing before his hero on a dingy rooftop, he makes up his mind.
"I want you to teach us," He says. Then like an afterthought, "Please"
"A master?" Lloyd choked in the word, pointing at himself with both eyebrows arched "I'm barely a student, Master—Master Wu would hang me!"
-----
Or:
Arin, a bit of his past, a hope for his future. Sora and her stance in a world that isn't hers. And the way they manage to find a ninja and force an adopted friendship. Right after he kills some people for them.

Summary
[Damn him for doubting a divinity (As much as Pigsy suspected Monkey King to be one,) but even The Great Sage couldn’t help with this, the threat they had in front of them wasn’t like any before.
Nothing but the vicious, rotten offspring of one of the most hated, dangerous individuals whose terror extended all the way to China.
Lloyd Garmadon. ]
Or: Pigsy doesn't trust this, Tang is tired and everyone else is doing their best. Including Lloyd, who somehow seems to be a trouble magnet, the perfect addition to the friend pair that decided to adopt him into their adventures.

Nya needs her sleep, it's not her fault she lives with so many self-sacrificing stubborn brothers. Why can't they just take help, or at least try to heal themselves at another hour that is not 3 am in a dark kitchen?
Lloyd sucks at tying bandages.
Zane is trying, but maybe having his shit together is no longer his main trait.

Summary
Lloyd felt it before he saw it, they were flaring on the flesh with strength, like razor blades cutting through skin and bone creating their own space into his body, a painful sensation that made his world falter, any other pain or injury paled against this.
That was an experience.

Summary
J’onn floated into the room with a datapad in hand. “The system already recognizes him as an active member.”
“You already added him?” Hal asked Bruce incredulously. “We just had this discussion.”
Bruce looked down at the datapad in hand. “Is that a problem? I knew you’d be adding him.”
Barry let out a disbelieving laugh. “So you argued against it…while already putting him in the system?”
“I argued against it,” Bruce corrected, “but the outcome was inevitable.” He stood and turned toward the console. “Orientation begins in five minutes,” he said, already moving—like the conversation had ended whether they agreed or not.
Barry looked like he might actually short-circuit. “Five minutes?” he repeated, voice pitching up. “We just found out he’s already—he’s in the system, Batman!”
Batman has always believed distance keeps people safe. Then Nightwing starts working alongside him again, and suddenly the careful line between them begins unraveling in front of the entire Justice League.
What starts as quiet suspicion slowly becomes impossible to ignore: Batman and Nightwing aren’t just partners. Bruce just isn’t ready for everyone else to realize it yet.

Summary
As a general rule, Bruce believed time, space, and dimension were not to be messed with. However, in this case seeing as an alternate universe’s Batman had come to their universe with the intention of killing him, replacing him, and tearing down their Justice League from the inside so his Justice League could implement their own brand of justice on as many universes as possible, it seemed like a problem best not left to fate.
“I say we take the fight to them,” Hal said. “If they want to go around messing with our dimension, then fucking up theirs is fair game.”
“Play on their home turf? No way,” Barry said. “They’re bound to realize their plan didn’t work eventually and then they’ll have to bring the fight to us.”
“And who knows how many other unsuspecting civilians that may be caught in the crossfire of their attack,” Clark said.
“I say we find out everything this imposter knows and then face them head on,” Diana said.
“Oh please, if that doesn’t work on our Batman, there’s no way it works on evil Batman,” Oliver said.
“Bruce?” Clark asked.
“It was a good plan,” Bruce said.

Summary
Your brother is standing on the roof. He’s alive, living breathing. Your eyes flit to his chest, where there is notably not a sword sticking out of his chest. Are you in a dream bubble? You’ve never run into a dream bubble that has had him in it before. Maybe you’ve just been lucky before now.
Dave finds himself back in Houston, Texas, with a living brother. It is, understandably, pretty awkward.

Summary
His grandmother was the one who taught Gen about their connection.
Someone else might have called it magic, or a power, or a gift. But she never used any of those words. “It’s simply what we are,” she told him. “A conversation between us and the land.”
The spirits of the place - root, leaf, cloud, river, stone - spoke to them. And they could speak back, even command to a gentle extent. Gen’s grandmother could coax stubborn plants into flourishing, call a storm’s attention until it gathered overhead, or listen to the wind mutter news from distant hills. She said every human had a connection to the earth’s spirit, but most were deaf to it. Gen and his grandmother, though - theirs ran deep. Deeper than reason, deeper than blood.
--
Gen is magic. This changes everything.

Read this instead of studying for any exam. I don't think I've cared about Zukka this much ever, this deeply, this is everything to me.
The voices, characteristics and decisions felt spot on, I could hear and imagine the scenes as they went along and the subtle canon change kept me in my toes wondering what scenes would be adapted, how would they change and what would have consequencesDo search fics by kudos the people know what's good
