Jimmy had been looking forward to moving into the new house with Joel and Lizzie. It was a little frustrating when the house turned out to be haunted, but that didn't have to be a big deal, right? He would just get some ghost hunters in to handle it while Lizzie and Joel were away, and everything would be fine.
He'd heard the G.I.G.S. Crew were very good at what they did. (Of course, they were investigators, not exorcists, but as the saying went: knowing was half the battle.)
