Buck sighs and knocks his forehead against Eddie’s. “You’re right,” he says, quiet, nuzzling his nose against Eddie’s and stealing another couple kisses. “Hey. We’re in this together, okay?”
Eddie nods, says, “Yeah, we are,” and swallows Buck’s laughter. He wallows to his feet and pulls Buck up with him, too, before pushing Buck back on the bed to crawl over his big body for a few more kisses.

Summary
A case brings up trauma to Jay from his time in the army. The team is finally going to learn why Jay was discharged but that discovery puts them all at risk. With an elite military unit hunting Jay the team has to work fast to stop them before Jay becomes their newest victim. His PTSD hits full force, but Hailey and Will are standing by him and refuse to let the darkness take him.

Bobby threw himself into action, he bolted out the door and across the hall barrelling into the restroom and the nearest cubicle. His knees hit the floor with a sickening crack that reverberated up his spine as the contents of his stomach finally made its way to the surface. He retched and heaved until he had nothing left to give then collapsed against the wall beside him resting his head against the cold tile.
His chest heaved and his heart hurt and in a room, somewhere down the hall, a ventilator beeped rhythmically as the man occupying the bed slept.

When Buck manages to swing the door wide, he pauses, mouth parted slightly as he takes in the man in front of him. Eddie stands on the front porch wearing a utility belt, light washed jeans that had a hole in one of the knees, a shirt that was so tight it should be illegal, and to top it all off there was a pencil tucked behind his ear.
But Buck isn’t staring. Most definitely not (he is).
“Hey,” he says, trying to keep his tone level.
“Hey, Buck,” Eddie smiles, and Buck about loses it. His smile is like sunshine on a cold day, the kind that warms you up inside. If Eddie happened to be anything but straight, which Buck assumes he is, then he would have asked him out on a date ages ago.

Summary
At eighteen, city kid Jared Padalecki thinks he's got life all figured out — partying and pill-popping all over Washington, D.C. without consequence. But after a stint in juvie and an escalating OxyContin addiction, a judge sends Jared to purgatory, otherwise known as Jacob's Ladder, a farm-based addiction recovery centre in small town West Virginia. Jared has no intention of getting sober, of course. So he shoves a bag of pills in his pocket and plans to self-medicate through the next few months like a prison sentence.
What he doesn't bargain for, however, is how much the mature, ranch hand Jensen Ackles — ex-military and Jared's sober coach — is going to take him to task. And after getting off on the wrong foot, he swears Jensen's mission is to make his time on the farm a living hell. Besides, it's not like Jared's going to learn anything from bucking hay, brushing horses, or fraternizing with a bunch of rednecks from Bumfuck, Nowhere.
As he'll discover the hard way, at rehab on a ranch, not all roads lead to recovery.
