So yes, there was once a time where Ishigami Senkuu’s biggest worry was receiving a letter, because then, the following issues did not exist:
One: he was not betrothed to Princess Ruri.
Two: he was not set to become the new king of the Kingdom of Science.
Three: Ogawa Yuzuriha’s and Ooki Taiju’s blood was not on his hands.
(As fate was about to pull a cruel trick on him, four: he was not about to be associated with a deceptive, merciless demon.)

Jabber winced, blood already soaking through his shirt. It hurt… but he didn’t care. The pain was good, and Zanka was touching him. He couldn't be happier.
He nodded eagerly along with Zanka’s words. Of course he wasn't going anywhere. Where else would he go? Back to being alone and completely safe and healthy?? No way.
"Never..." He promised breathlessly, "I don't wanna be anywhere else but here."
