Summary
“No, no,” Childe hisses frantically. He glances down at his trembling hands and— sickly violet twists around his forearms like an ugly vine. Whatever this affliction is, it's interfering with his abyssal energy.
There’s no time to fret over it. Though numb panic sears through his nerves, Childe forces himself into motion, keeping his exhausted body moving through the next wave of attacks. Now aware of it, Childe can sense the corruption within him. It whispers in the back of his mind, it seeps into his bloodstream, it makes his limbs heavy as lead. Pure spite keeps him from succumbing.
Abruptly, the entity before him pulls out a lantern. Childe feels a gravitational shift as it begins to glow. Around him, the Wild Hunt summons begin to writhe. One by one they dissipate into fodder for the flames, the lantern growing ever and ever brighter. With resignation, too tired to move, Childe braces himself for the blow. Dan Heng’s tail moves, wrapping around Yingxing’s leg and pulling him on his knees besides him. He doesn’t fight it, snorting as the witch brings a hand to the back of his head to kiss him rather eagerly. He lets Dan Heng push his tongue into his mouth and tastes new notes of the sea. Is his tongue longer? Yingxing suppresses a shiver as Dan Heng’s nails scrape his neck. When they part, he stares at his companion. The blue marbling in his iries is moving, as if the window to a turbulent sea, his pupils more oblong than usual. The creature that doesn’t fear him, one that is far more powerful than him.
“A-Heng…” he whispers, with reverence in his voice. Dan Heng twitches at his tone, and the movement pulls a noise from Jing Yuan.
Dan Heng looks down. “What, something to say? Or are you shy now that he’s here?”the moon gets dan heng horny, the fic.

“I wonder how he ended up here,” comments Jing Yuan. Dan Heng is curious as well. He tears his eyes away from the body and looks around the room. He notices some marks left on the walls, similar to claw marks but not as deep. He frowns, trying to put the pieces together.
“We should bury him. Give him a funeral,” says Jing Yuan. Dan Heng looks back at him. Jing Yuan moves a lock of matted hair from the man’s face. His lashes fan over the sharp curve of his cheeks. For a moment, Dan Heng thinks it’s a trick of the light. But a second later, his eyes open, just enough to show the fiery color of his irises.
Jing Yuan’s hand snaps back, the other reaching for the hilt of the knife. Before Dan Heng can do anything more than stumble back, his eyes are closed again. The witch feels his heartbeat in his ears. He waits, eyes locked on the body.
“Did… you see that too?”

Jack sighed. "How did you even see me get injured? You weren't anywhere near me!"
Bunny chuckled, and Jack shuddered as he felt the heat of it against his skin. "Aw, were ye keepin' tabs on me, Frostbite?"
"Never mind", Jack bit out. "Fine, whatever, I'll take a break. You should go help her."
Bunny sighed, and carefully tugged Jack down until they were sitting. Jack was cradled between his legs, his back pressed against the Pooka's chest.
Firm arms wound around his waist, and Bunny rested his chin on his head. "Like I said, she's nearly done. And someone needs to make sure ye don't go flying off."
Jack scoffed, but there was no real heat behind it. It was a fair enough estimate, and honestly, it was getting harder to think with the heat radiating from Bunny. Jack could feel it through his clothes, a sweet, syrupy warmth that made him want to close his eyes and doze against that furry chest.

Zoro smothers a lash of alarm.
He pictures the platform he and Sanji had been on before it collapsed.It had a mechanical lift. He feels confident it was a mineshaft. Shouldn’t that mean they fell together? Into the same space?
Zoro clenches his fists instead and tries to focus on his surroundings. To process them despite the darkness. The ground is uneven. Each of his feet lie at different angles and there are bits of gravel under the arches of his boots. The air is wet and cold, the weight of it thin and the taste of it stale.
Between the rasp of air from his own lungs, the only sounds exist in the regular cadence of dripping water.
Unbidden, Zoro’s thoughts supplement a reason Sanji isn’t responding. A reason why Zoro wouldn’t be able to hear his breathing.A reason with glassy, cerulean eyes and blood matted hair.
It doesn’t take much... after all.
