"There's a legend told to all young time travellers for centuries. They say that if a time traveller ever stays in a different time during a blood moon, they'll be trapped there forever, the Blood God leeching their soul from their body as they slowly wither away. It's said that their blood stains the moon on these nights."
In a world where it's common knowledge that time travellers exist, they're hunted by Disciples of the Blood God. Their sole purpose is to convince time travellers to stay during a blood moon to feed their master.

It was the freshest bit of gossip the whole school had the minute Oscar Piastri enrolled. Everyone spoke about the son of a Death Eater attending Hogwarts.
Piastri is off-putting, yes. Eerily stoic at times and a growing nuisance to Lando when he bests him at duels in front of everyone. But does Lando think this kid is some evil and dangerous wizard? Frankly, he couldn’t care less about what this kid is.
He just needs to beat him next time they’re opponents.

Everyone in this floating base expects them to be friends; because it's well known that humans pack-bond with anything. Humans get attached to everything they interact with, even if it's non-living, inanimate things like small robots or a funky lamp. Humans are some of the friendliest creatures that have no issues with most of the other life forms in the galaxy, so in everyone's minds, the fact that Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris, the two only Earth Humans in the whole Celestial Haven, aren't friends is a concept as unimaginable as an Itharii — a water species — living on a desert planet.
