Summary
It's been four years since the war ended and Sakura has found herself trapped in restlessness. She watches as her friends move on and find happiness, but still she is stuck in a state of unhappiness. And so she turns to taking on constant missions to distract herself. She struggles to reconcile with being in love with a man who would never put her first. And on top of this she refuses to throw herself at said man ever again, despite never truly getting over him. A story of Sakura finding herself and a story of Sasuke realizing what's truly important to him.

Summary
It was a little-known fact to everyone who knew Lan Wangji that he had a favorite candy. Or really a favorite sweet, but who cares about the technicalities of what constitutes as a candy. The point is that Lan Wangji likes sweet things and his favorite sweet thing is cotton candy.
Wei Wuxian knows this about him and takes great pleasure in being able to bring his favorite person his favorite treat anytime he can. The problem is that cotton candy is a seasonal item where they live. So that means unfortunately that they can only get it from vendors in the summertime during festival season. Or that one food truck downtown that sometimes sells cotton candy as a special. And Wei Wuxian goes to great lengths to make sure that Lan Wangji can get a taste of the special sugary substance. Which is how Wei Wuxian ends up getting more than he bargains for from a simple innocent purchase.

Lan Zhan does not ask a single thing. Stepping forward, he wraps his fingers around the knife, and eases it from Wei Ying’s trembling grip.

Wei Ying can only stare as Lan Zhan proceeds to smear the blood all over himself, a sorrowful smile ghosting over his handsome features.
