What was he expected to do when a small boy was left unattended in the park, playing with a doll? Toughening the kid up and raising him right to become a powerful martial artist was a noble goal that just happened to align with his own.
Unfortunately, the doll seems haunted and the boy is the child of a terrifying vampire.
Or, what if Ranma's girl curse was a vampire and her mom was over in Mahora. Very little Negima knowledge needed.
