Ever since Haruki was a kid he really liked reading (Probably because he was influenced by Miko through her publishing house) Right now he has a yaoi addiction, all thanks to Miko! When did he even start to like two boys kissing each other and doing sht? Well he didn't know he doesn't even like guys in real life! Just look at his ‘pleasant’ classmates. First we have Tartaglia, just look at that ginger. He's busy trying to hit all the delinquents in school. If Alhaitham is running for Valedictorian then Ajax is running for expulsion. Next is Alhaitham, he is smart but he doesn't even have emotional capabilities! People here are cramming because of performance tasks and here he is saying “That's because you didn't do your tasks earlier.” Like bro doesn't he know that other people have lives except for academics? Geez so insensitive. Then we have Ayato, for fuck sake he's so blind! Thoma is literally obviously crushing on him and what does he do? Well he'll say things like “Thank you for the help Thoma.” LIKE THOMA LITERALLY HELPED HIM STRIP! What's wrong with these people? Can you blame him for not liking men in real life? Until a certain chicken winged transferee arrived

Summary
After an accident at work, Kaveh sort of dies. But he is granted a chance to come back to life if he can get three people to shed tears of pure love for him. He thinks that would be easy, since he has so many friends, but soon realises that it's not as easy as he thought it would be.
Meanwhile, a grieving Alhaitham is very confused by this new stranger in Sumeru City who acts so much like Kaveh, but is not Kaveh.
“Well, I promise you, Kaveh will be very okay with it. I’m sure of it.”
“If I’m not convinced, will you be suddenly bringing me a letter allegedly written by Kaveh that expresses his agreement?” Alhaitham asked with a raised eyebrow.
“That letter was written by Kaveh. One hundred percent. I don’t know why you keep doubting me,” Kaveh insisted.
