Summary
After giving up as a hero at long last, Izuku finds himself lost as he approaches high school. But, after thinking that it couldn’t possibly get worse, his life is completely derailed when he ends up in the midst of a villain attack with his mother. Manifesting a quirk he didn’t know he had, he was able to fend off the villain, at the price of the villain’s life. But, after it all, Inko Midoriya died far before the paramedics could get to her, all that was left of her being the last words she uttered to him.
After that, his life was in disarray. His purpose was gone, and the one person that had always been there for him was gone too. Even though Izuku ends up in the care of a small foster home, would that really be enough to quell that hole in his heart, one that seemed to be growing bigger by the day?
Or maybe he could find something else that fill that cavern with. A purpose. Something exhilarating, something illegal, something dangerous. A way he could actually feel useful. He did awaken a quirk, after all, and there was no way he could be a hero. Why not use it to actually do some good?
Or
After the death of his mother, Izuku becomes a vigilante in hopes of rewriting his regrets.

Summary
Bakugou Katsuki and Midoriya Izuku haven't seen each other in five years. But when their friends suddenly bring them together and they finally meet again, it's like no time has passed at all.
AKA Katsuki and Izuku see each other again after a long time and immediately start acting like the crazy best friends they are, the Baku and Deku squads are very, very confused.

Summary
Unable to be the hero he's always dreamed he could be, Katsuki's life begins to fall into a steady decline. At his darkest point, it's the scared cries of a cat that shows him there's heroism outside of the world he once knew.
Izuku is no better off. His life without heroism and the one he longs for most directly affect his view on the world and those he holds dear.
When they finally reunite after seven years of distance, neither were prepared for the world they had come accustomed to to completely flip onto its head.
