“Your puppy-loving, murdering people, side.” Peter corrects drily. Rolling his eyes beneath his mask when all it earns him is a shrug and a quicksilver grin.
Their first meeting involves far too much penetration (no, not that kind, Wade) and far too few explanations. Things don’t get much better from that point onwards.

Saw the title and the slash fic and came running for a delicious meal of crack fic slap stick. Left with my brain chemistry fundamentally rearranged and quite possibly a new entry into my top 5 favourite fics of all time??
Maybe my favourite Shisui characterisation I've ever read!! The consistent clash between Shinobi morality and classic western comic book hero morality is fascinating and writen so well, I love that it took time and active effort to understand the other's worldview and neither Peter nor Shisui had a sudden flip like a lightswitch. Have they been changed knowing the other? Absolutely. Have they become a different character entirely and changed themselves to fit a mold for the other? No they haven't. They've grown respect and care. Ougdhsbsvshs obsessesseddddd
Man idk how well I'm wording this just know I could gush about this fic forever please I'm begging you read it I've reread this so many times I've lost count its so so worth it I promise you!! God I could rant for hours about every single line of this fic and how brilliant it is <33
Peter struggling as he slowly catches feelings yet so many things Shisui does are a direct violation of his beliefs VS Shisui being simultaneously exasperated (fond) and captivated by Peter and his moral code absbshehwjw
PLUS!!! THE LITTLE DETAILS!!!!! LIKE SHISUI HAVING TO ACTUALLY LEARN ANOTHER LANGUAGE!!!!!! And how his english improves every time they meet! The banter between them about it "impressive word" ahsbsbsbdjjddjeehrhehehe not to be insufferable but I love this fic if you couldn't tell

^THE MOST PERFECT ENDING LINE OF ALL TIME THE PERFECT ACCUMULATION OF ALL SIX CHAPTERS AND THEIR CONTENTS I'M PHYSICALLY SICK WITH EMOTION AND YEARNING EVERY TIME I READ IT
(Also side note the way they're basically wrapped around each other the emotional intimacy and Peter showing the most of his face whilst being g the most vulnerable he has so far?? Sick twisted perfect)I really hope this continues because I would so so love to see where it goes :) ofc not to demand or pressure anything! Writing is something that should be fun and whether this is continued or not I can wait as long and patiently as needed for it to update, so long as they are enjoying writing this as much as I do reading it!!
I've reread this again and again, author I hope you favourite food and beverages are never sold out when you go shopping for them

I've been giggling at this non stop for the past few days, genuinely one of my favourite fics of all time. Many banger lines such as:
"‘We aren’t into that weak pussy-shit,’ Killer Bee finished, speaking on behalf of Kumogakure. ‘But we can definitely give you a strong pussy-kit.’"
Is going to live in my head for the rest of time. Also mini quirks such as Kakashi's constant use of "snappers" and ANBU being so penguins from Madagascar coded. Truly I could go on about this fic for hours I hope the author has only good sleep and their water (or beverage of their choice) at their preferred temperature forever <33

*Gordon Ramsay voice* finally some good fucking Jayce Talis characterisation and understanding
You know how Del possesses Russel if the band plays a funky enough beat? Yeah that's how I felt reading this fic, only the possession was done by my 12 yo self coming out to fanboy instead of dropping a dope rap verse.
Truly, I would write an entire thesis on this fic and my thoughts if it weren't for the fact that words are incapable of capturing the Emotions(tm) and love I feel for this fic. If the author could write everything to ever exist from now on that would be great because I want to live in a world narrated by their beautiful words. Dare I say one of my favourite fics of all time?
