“Then go, I’ll be sealed in here in a second.”
“Of course.” Alfred did not immediately move. Instead, he loosened himself enough to place a reassuring hand on Dick’s shoulder. “You will do well. I have great faith.”
The best Dick could do was offer a wan smile in return no matter how warmed he was by Alfred’s words. “And I’ll have Batman itself helping me, regardless, right?”
“Just so.”

I adore outsider PoV. This is a wonderful little narrative, and I love how the monologue has an excellent flow to it. I have not, at this point, listened to the Magnus Archive, but it's on my list. The voices are tuned just right. Excellent work.
