Summary
“Your hand,” the prosecutor remarks, staring down at his hand. Observant as always, Phoenix thinks. He follows the man’s gaze, only to inhale shakily as he realizes that the sheets are spattered with blood. There’s a considerable stain where his hand is resting. He clenches his fist tighter, resolutely pretending not to feel the tightness in his chest or the roaring in his ears.
Edgeworth gets a late night call from his old friend Larry, saying that Phoenix Wright is in the hospital. The prosecutor charters a jet and gets to the hospital as soon as he can, only to find that Phoenix is in far worse condition than he first thought.
