Summary
A collection of one-shots taking place in a miniature alternate universe where the only thing that is different is that Donnie is a nonspeaking autistic. The overall show plot is the same, his personality is the same, and his brothers treat him the same. They stan acceptance in their Lair (outside of it... there are no promises). The one-shots will be in chronological order.
I will say this, all ableism in this series is WRONG and BAD and NOT SUPPORTED. Donnie does not need to change or be 'fixed'. Just because he can't speak conventionally doesn't mean he's a problem. He just needs to stand with the right people.
Currently, there is no overarching story planned. Just heavy usage of AAC.
And yes, there will be angst/whump because I will milk his 'tism for that no matter what form it takes.

Leo understood the stakes. The younger three were barely allowed to remain in Raph's care, let alone if they lost everything. If they were on the streets with no food for Raph, no anti-seizure meds for Donnie, no comfy bed for Mikey…
Yeah, no. Leo could totally do this. “Go with your gut. Whichever way you wanna go, I support you. And I’ll take on as many shifts as they’ll give me until you get back to your bread-winning self. Don’t even worry about it — hey Raphie, look at me.”
Raph audibly sniffed and turned his red rimmed eyes at his younger brother. Welling with frustrated tears. It was clear all over him that this wasn’t what he wanted.
But life wasn’t fair. Leo learned that a long time ago. He squished the arm in his grasp and said, coaxing and calm, “It’s gonna be fineee, I promise we can handle this. I’ve got your back.”

Summary
Team Rocket are the bad guys. Brock knows that as well as anybody. What he can't figure out is why they act the way they do. The villainy just doesn't make sense for three people who seem to care about Pokémon—and each other—so deeply. The petty thievery, the name-calling and bickering, the larger crimes between their short-lived odd jobs... it doesn't add up.
Ash seems content to just call them crooks. Misty doesn't care why they do it; she's just sick and tired of it. To his younger companions, Team Rocket are worthless.
Brock has other ideas. Maybe they just need some direction. Maybe they need a chance. Or maybe, he thinks, all those three need is a decent meal.
