At a holiday party for Ministry employees, Granger explains the muggle tradition of setting a New Year’s resolution to Draco.
Draco, who has recently discovered that his feelings for her are more than platonic, latches onto the idea. What better time to “buckle down”—as the muggleborns say—on his efforts than January 1?
And so, Draco has decided, in the amount of time it takes her to describe the concept, that his New Year's resolution will consist of one lofty goal: to woo Hermione Granger.
All he has to do is navigate decoy, mid, and quarter year resolutions, join a fantasy (American) football team, train for a sprint triathlon, keep an overbearing Theodore Nott away from Granger, and dodge suspicious looks from overprotective Potters.

Hermione is sick of being the most recognisable witch in the world. No one really tries to get to know her. They want to know Hermione Granger the war hero. She's tired of it and just wants to have a little fun without consequences.

So this came about because my partner and I were brainstorming all the different kinky stuff you could get into with magic. I honestly don't know what tags I should be using. I figure I will just add pairings as I go. Identities are secret for the most part. I have updated the relationships to show the endgame pairings and referenced the rest of their dalliances in the tags.
