Uzi stepped into the dark storage room, light just barely filtering through a seam in the wall.
“N? Hey are you in here?”
She stopped abruptly at the sight of N in a dark corner, sitting on his knees, visor dimly illuminating the ground with a yellow hue against the cement.
But Uzi couldn’t see his face, it was directed downwards.
Maybe he had forgotten to recharge and just needed a moment, idiot.
But something wasn’t right.
His hands were twitching.
Too much to just be “resting”.
“N? Are- are you okay..?”
Her voice wavered as she approached the disassembly drone, footsteps quiet against the hard floor.
No response.
Uzi continued forward towards N, until she was close enough that she could crouch down and meet his gaze.
Something really isn’t right.
OR:
Me, as an author who lives off of angst, takes an attempt to make my favorite characters suffer. Thanks to my hyperfixations, N is the lucky winner. Also because he has too much trauma to be such a silly lil’ goober. 🤠👍 -

Summary
N’s been having a rough time adjusting to life after the whole Absolute Solver deal, Uzi decides to try and start his day off good by making him some breakfast. (Its batteries and oil but I made it sound yummy trust)
Uzi gets him to talk about his feelings, but only a little, so she gives him free range to talk whenever he wants about whats bugging him, and tries to bring some comfort to him, which he appreciates.

A lot had happened since Uzi and N met. Eldritch horror, near death experiences, a whole bunch of traumatic stuff. Going back to normal life is hard.

Uzi and N readjust back into society and navigate their new relationship. Uzi deals with her stupid tail and solver powers, N definitely has PTSD, and they have loads of trauma to process. N gets used to life in the bunker while Uzi tries to get her parents to accept him. Also V please get Sparky to stop causing chaos.OR:

Of course he knew it was just Uzi. He knows he doesn’t have to expect pain. He knows he won’t have to stomach seeing the gore of his own lifeless, discarded body from the perspective of his core. He knew that when he opens his eyes, he’ll be greeted with the placid lavender hue of Uzi’s room and welcomed with solace and familiarity. When he opens his eyes, he won’t be in the desolate hallway of the cabin fever labs. There won’t be the ineffable smell of meat and metal. There won’t be hurt, and it won’t be Cyn.

N has a nightmare that wakes up Uzi.

Summary
Being friends with a Disassembly Drone came with it's quirks, Uzi Doorman had learned that rather quickly. They were quirks she could handle, annoying sometimes but also entertaining. It was just part of what made N so endearing to her. He was basically a golden retriever, in metaphorical purity and actual physical action. From his constantly wagging tail to his persistently happy demeanor. That didn't mean it wasn't exhausting, or confusing.
Like right now. With his weird display of shiny things and constant hopping.
What was with him?
Shorter Summary: N acts like a bird to try and win over Uzi. It does not go well.

N tries to do all of that, always doing his best to support those around him and help them get through it all. Only neglecting one small thing in the process.His own wounds.

After they defeat Cyn and save the planet, N can only go so long with repressing his emotions after the trauma he went through. Lucky for him, Uzi and V are pretty stubborn about making sure he's okay.

Now that he’s friends with Uzi, N has sworn off of drinking oil pretty much entirely. You would think this would be a hard decision to make, but N has been perfectly fine. Well, aside from the fact that his self-starvation has started affecting his health, and he kinda feels like he’s on fire, which is really making it hard for him to focus on the sick movie Uzi wants to watch with him. She ends up taking notice of his condition, and decides to help him out with his predicament. She does like to tell people to bite her, after all.
