Or, the war is over, leaving only Giyuu, Sanemi and Muichiro as the surviving Pillars. Though broken and alone, there's half a chance they'll be able to make themselves whole again with one another- even if they're the world's worst roommates.

Summary
When Tanjiro explained the concept of siblings to Inosuke, he really hadn't expected him to take his explanation so seriously. Now, Inosuke insists on having his own sibling, and is dead set on the apathetic Water Pillar as his choice. Of course, no one expected the silent man to actually comply with Inosuke's demands.
TLDR: The AU where Giyuu and Inosuke are brothers.
