Hans did his best confused frown. He should become an actor at this point.

Summary
The Fourteenth Doctor is struggling to settle down into his new life at the Noble's as well as with some other...issues... with his body and personality. Desperate to fit into human society and to not be alone, the Doctor takes to revisiting old friends as well as making some new ones (literally).
Miserable, The Doctor is forced to face an enemy that he just can't seem to beat. His own head. Constantly reminding him of the lives he once had and of the people who once loved him. Not wanting to be a bother, He tries his best to hide these tragedies in the attic from his mom's friend, whose nose might be better than he bargained for.
Donna has known the Doctor for years, but never has she actually seen this side of him before. Something suspicious was happening and she was going to get to the bottom of it, whether he liked it or not.
Despite the impossible, Will the Doctor be able to figure himself out before Donna does?
