Thirteen and Yaz love each other and Bill and Heather obviously make fun of them/help them talk through their many communication issues.
Then Ryan and Graham come along, series 12 ensues. They leave.Series 13 has been completely reworked so it has pieces of the original (characters, monsters etc) but no flux confusing the whole thing. Also leaving space for Thasmin to talk. :)
Put together as a series of TARDIS recordings, diaries, and other accounts.

Summary
Basically 3 oneshots of The Way Home/Doctor Who crossovers that I wrote after season 1 aired.
1. The thirteenth Doctor shows up on Kat's doorstep asking about rift energy. She ends up showing her the pond.
2. The TARDIS appears in the wrong place. Again. When the Doctor finds Jacob alone and soaking wet in the woods with nothing but a dog, in 1814. She worries and brings him inside.
3. Kat, Elliot, Alice and Nick were all just chilling at Monica's Y2K New Year's party, when the Doctor and her companions show up with other ideas. There's an imposter zygon at the party, and they all have to find it before it gets its venom sacs on anyone.

The warrior sat straighter, her hand still resting on the blonde’s hip. What were they even doing? Ruining their friendship, drunk and in public no less. Likely squandering Gabrielle’s chance to lead a normal life, to finally be safe. But the bard didn’t seem to care. She just looked up at the older woman with the same sweetness in her eyes, the same slight furrow of her brow, as if she’d just discovered something sacred.
TLDR: our girls get drunk in a tavern and stuff happens, me and Xena are both obsessed with pixie Gab
