A very flustered Asriel seeks comfort from his closest confidant over some totally made up nonsense he gaslit himself into believing. Acting on impulse and seeking to prove him wrong, Dess shuts him up with a kiss that "meant nothing" to the two.
At least, that's what she believed it to be.
