Summary
Fifteen years after "Blink", Sally Sparrow meets an amnesiac Twelfth Doctor and her life gets a second wind.
A five-part mini series.
In the title story, after Sally's bookshop is put out of business by Kerblam!, the Doctor and Sally search for Larry Nightingale, afraid that he has been attacked by the Angels.
In "Silents in the Library", the Doctor takes Sally for a reading break, and encounter the Silence (as well as some Discworld characters!).
In "The Sparrow's Nest", Sally gets a girlfriend, moves to the Moon, and has a daughter.
In "Very Fine Daleks", a parody of Trumpism and the alt-right, the Doctor takes Nardole, Sally, and her friends to a future human colony on Callisto, where Daleks are trying to infiltrate society through subterfuge and they encounter an old enemy.
Finally, in "The Wildthymes Are Killing Me" Sally's daughter goes missing. Tracking her down involves Iris Wildthyme, Faction Paradox, and some of the Doctor's extended family.
