Summary
Five years after Shroud is defeated, Waterboy lives comfortably as a high-ranking SDN hero. The Z-team, now a well respected hero troupe, lives on in something just to the left of glory. Everything is peaceful. Or, at least, as peaceful as it can be.
And then he's flung violently back into the past, forced to watch as old wounds open. Okay. Whatever.
There's really not much he can do without messing up the future, but... maybe there's some comfort he can provide. Some life he can bring to his past teammates' eyes.

Following the mess with Shroud, Z-Team is back in business and reaching their potential. One day, a young boy, who looks awfully familiar, is knocking on the doors of SDN, asking for his parents. Everyone is shocked when the boy runs up to Robert for a hug and calls him dad. Things get even stranger when more kids start popping up. (Everyone meets Robert's future children from different timelines, and the mothers are closer than they think.)

Summary
Defeating Shroud had been a sort of distant dream for Robert since he woke up from the coma the masked fucker put him in. It had always felt so distant, so impossible on paper, especially without the Mecha Man suit. The fact that such a pipe dream had become reality was just…so therapeutic.
After the end of the Red Ring, Robert keeps working with Z-Team to keep Torrence safe. Unbeknownst to him, a steadily simmering tension between himself and several of his coworkers is about to boil over...hopefully, he'll be able to survive their affections long enough to actually do his job.

He then pauses, shuddering at the feeling of rapidly cooling coffee soaking deeper into his clothes and tries again, rephrasing, “One of the best for you. As a guide of what to do.”
OR; Waterboy is too wet behind the ears to safely work alone, so naturally Prism helps. If only they'd stop looking at each other...
