Summary
When you are representing a nation with billions of people, the highs and lows are drastic. The USA's record-breaking average of depression in its citizens one winter has left Alfred to deal with the side effects. His normally chipper self is withdrawn and he finds himself feeling empty and alone. Of course, there is one other representative who can relate to that better than anyone else, and he sets it as his mission to help Alfred through his time of need.

Newly ten years old, Jia Baoyu already knows that there’s very little he can do to change the world around him. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t wish things were different though. So when a venture with his Grandmother takes him into the fallen La Manchaland, Jia Baoyu decides to try and help someone, one last time.
Don Quixote of La Manchaland has spent the last two hundred years dwelling on all his failures, and has come to the only logical conclusion: That his nature as a bloodfiend prevents any manner of change, and that his dream had been nothing but a fantasy. With his family dead, he has resigned himself to the same fate; only to end up living with a small human child who still has a dream of his own.
Maybe they can both learn something from each other.

Summary
This page takes a look at Document Number LCB-04-25. LCB stands for Limbus Company Bus, 04 is for Sinner Number 4 (also known as Ryoshu), and 25 designates this as the twenty-fifth document taken in by the department. It appears to be a spiritual sequel to the document, LCB-05-17, in that the actions here are due to Mephistopheles and its identity implications. Ryoshu, with her last three Identities as of late all connected to fellow Sinner, Hong Lu, finds herself having to play chaperone to said Identities as they orbit around Hong Lu for the day after Mephistopheles was tampered with by N Corp. ...I-I don't know where the fuck we're getting these documents, man. Can someone pager Hohenheim? Why- Do we even have proof this happened in a Mirror World somewhere? How do we keep getting stuff like this???
