She said every human had a connection to the earth’s spirit, but most were deaf to it. Gen and his grandmother, though - theirs ran deep. Deeper than reason, deeper than blood.

Summary
The peace Sakura has found as a member of Bofurin shatters when Suo Hayato, the person Sakura has hopelessly loved since day one, casually comes out as gay during a Bofurin gathering.
