It is common knowledge that the most perfect creature in all of creation is the cat
As the epitome of perfection, we don't usually feel the need to let humans such as yourself see our inner workings, but it has come to our attention that you are no longer aware of our absolute flawlessness.
I could not in good faith let that stand.
So I compiled a few of my favorite stories from Jellicle history. Ones that could be appreciated by human kittens and read aloud by grown up humans who hopefully will be able soak in a little bit of perfection

It all came crashing down when Charlie and Vaggie had returned from heaven a week ago. They told everyone about the hearing with the angels, about how Angel Dust had checked everything on their list for what should earn someone a place in heaven, and how it didn't matter in the end. He had been spiraling since that day, asked himself what's the point in any of this????? And he came back with the answer: There is no point.

Summary
In the aftermath of his bout of heroics at the Jellicle Ball, Misto finds himself with a newfound -and unwanted- popularity brought on by his and Tugger's performance. After one too many incidents from which Misto escapes his new fans by the skin of his teeth, Tugger informs him that he needs to change things up. The plan they end up hatching in order to do so is unconventional to say the least.
But brought to the end of his rope by his new admirers, dreading the approach of the yearly heat season, and busy tending to his sister in the aftermath of her own abrupt transition into adulthood, Misto figures that pretending to be mates with his best friend since kittenhood couldn't possibly make his life any more harrowing. And it's not like such a small lie is going to actually hurt anyone. Right?
...Right????
