“That little seelie is linked to your soul’s betrothed, my son. Everything they feel will reflect in that fairy’s wisps.” Abtin patted Kaveh on the shoulder, a grin matching Kaveh’s own on his lips. “So study it well, so that you can learn all about your future love.”

“Bored with my wrist?” Kaveh grumbles as his only possible complaint. In a way, it’s just to let Alhaitham know he’s present, he’s here, he’s lucid.
Kaveh isn’t sure if it’s blood or a bite that is pushing Alhaitham to drag sharp fangs over the surface of his throat.
Kaveh is a normal human omega who is living with his ex-friend turned vampire, who also happens to be an alpha. Nothing inconvenient could possibly happen. (Or, everything is the same as canon, except add in non-traditional omegaverse and vampires.)

“It’s supposed to be a potion that helps the client move on from a relationship.” Kaveh sighs wistfully. “It’s so tragic that people have resorted to relying on the use of potions just to govern their own emotions.”
“If people were able to control their feelings better, then I doubt you’d still be in business,” Alhaitham quips as he carefully packages the potion into a box. He reaches for one of stickers Kaveh has printed for the shop, the word ‘bewitched’ in fancy lettering with the quote “we witch you nothing but the best!” obnoxiously plastered beneath it.
Alhaitham tries his hand at brewing love potions. He fails remarkably.
