Summary
Vahn was an atypical youth. Due to a rare mutation, his blood had the potential to target and attack ailments within the human body. Touted as a universal cure, people had elevated his status above the norm and given him the classification "Panacea". In the media, he was hailed as a great hero who would usher in a new era or human wellness. However, behind the scenes things weren't so bright. Vahn spent his entire youth locked up in a lab with various scientists and research teams using his body and blood to perform endless amounts of experiments. The only solace in his suffering was the various anime and manga made available to him between experiments. For years he nurtured the desire to be free, until at the age of 14 he died when an organization had tried to kidnap him from the lab...
"Finally, I don't have to suffer anymore..."
This was Vahn's last thought as he faded into the endless black abyss...
"You poor soul."

On August 11th 2199 a total solar eclipse appeared in the sky over Europe.
On August 11th 2199 a great hero defeated and truly destroyed the evil that had plagued the world for a millennia, fulfilling a prophecy mad centuries beforehand however this same prophecy stated that the great evil would soon return in a new form.
On July 15th 2217 that great evil regained its form.
On December 11th 2234 A total solar eclipse appeared in the sky over Japan
On December 11th 2234 that great evil regained its power.
Now, the one who was chosen to hold that power within himself has a choice to make.
Allow the power to consume him, and destroy the world that has constantly beat him down as he curses god with his every waking breath.
Or
control it, Harness it, and use it to achieve the dream he had chased after for so, so long.
This is the choice one man must make, This is the choice the reincarnation of Dracula must make, This is the choice that will decide the fate of the world and the billions who live upon it.

He let out a deep hum, a purr more vicious than that of a lion. There, where Izuku Midoriya died, the black cat let his soul unravel, unfettered from the weakness that poisoned him moments before. Darkness enraptured the lifeless body and the slumbering lion, the emerald flames around them extinguishing in an instant. Then the darkness imploded in on itself, the corpse and the cat disappearing in a blink of an eye as the emerald flames swallowed the lair whole.
