Nedzu and Eri wait in the car for Izuku to get back from his meeting with All for One, apparently explaining potentially unnecessary self-sacrifice to a 9-year-old is more difficult than one would think.
Part two of the UA storyline, this could be read by itself but having the context of 'A Social Blunder' would help with understanding given that this takes place almost immediately after it. This also takes place in the Moving Pieces universe.

Maybe that was why, when he woke up in a windowless room he didn’t recognize, on a couch he didn’t recognize, in clothes he didn’t recognize, Deku didn’t panic. His first thought had been “someone must have saved me” and he felt the warmth of the blanket that covered him seep into his chest.
