The term has just ended, the heat in the city is becoming unbearable and Shadowheart's parents have offered up their empty house for the next two weeks.
They've all earned themselves a nice beach vacation, as far as she's concerned. So down to the coast they go, to a town Shadowheart hasn't seen since her childhood, to get away from the stress of university.
Of course, this group is anything but peaceful and between lazy mornings and sand-castle competitions, the occasional breakdown rears its ugly head. But they have each other, their love and a stubborn refusal to let some stupid family drama ruin their vacation. -
