“I can’t,” he mumbled, and his parent’s ears fell in worried anticipation.
He could remember now how his parents looked when he was losing consciousness back at Three Brother’s Rocks; this was nothing compared to that. But Neteyam would never forget the way his father looked when he finished the sentence.

How will Lo'ak feel, having failed his attempt? And is there a way to heal after such an occurrence- not just his body, but his mind, soul and relationship with his father?
